We recommend registering as much in advance as possible, however we can accept registration forms up to one week before arrival in Paris.

This document comprises all the information necessary so that the guest can come into contact with his family of reception (addresses, telephone, e-mail etc.. )and check the conditions of the stay (formula of reception chosen, duration, price and dates of payment). The family, on its side, receives a summary document on the conditions of the stay and the dates of payment.

We will send you a request of payment for the down payment ( which is equivalent to 20% of the total amount ), payment online by debit or credit card
The down payment must be paid up to 3 days after the email notifying that we have found a host family.
Please note that if you cancel/amend your reservation for any reason (medical problem, visa issues, refusal of visa, date change ,other reasons etc…) the down payment is not refundable.
Then, on your arrival, you will pay the balance ( based on a monthly payment : the rent ) directly to the host family.
